Weinberg Senior Living provides quality, affordable apartments for seniors and younger residents with disabilities. Weinberg Senior apartments were developed by CHAI, a local non-profit developer with the support of the Weinberg Foundation and other partners. The goal of Weinberg Senior Living is to provide affordable housing to as many senior residents as possible, while offering compassion and support by connecting them to campus services and activities.

Affordable housing ensures that Weinberg Village residents no longer have to make painful choices among such basic needs as housing, food and medications. But it is our communal obligation to do more than just put a roof over our elders’ heads. Transportation, along with social work services and activity programs, creates a supportive housing environment that promotes the residents’ wellbeing, dignity and independence.
